Freezing in Dopi TV.
Dear Customers;
We have been experiencing "freezing" problem on our system. Problems started to appear 22nd of January. Channels freeze 3-4 times during the day for a period of 5-10 minutes.
After several tests and maintenances its clearly understood that the weak link in the system is the company we are receiving service. This company is a known European company which receives the decryption codes from us and deliver it via satellites.
This company is a well invested, big company. Also we are working with them for more than 4 years. This is the second problem appeared with them.
The problem is accepted by this company but unfortunately its not sorted out yet. As we rely on their service, we cant promise about the time of the solution. We hope and believe its not going to take long time.
We are very sorry for the interruption of the service.
PS : we are receiving emails from the customers that why we are not replying the threads on the forum.
For last 2-3 months we are trying to be informative as much as we can. That's including writing some of the match schedules as well. And received many thank messages, recommendations as well, but unfortunately many of non-customers are keeping a campaign against Dopi, including a so-called prediction about Dopi to be closed down. Please dont respect to this type of people. They are using "Dopi" name for their campaign against these forum's admins.
Dopi has no link to any of the forums, forum admins other then any of them being a customer of our service.
Dopi is a company who has so many customers for the TV system, also has an IT Department which gives IT Service to many of the known companies, organizations in North Cyprus. There is no possible way for Dopi to be closed down. As we are servicing for nearly five years.
